By joining Bella Riza’s learning programme Worlds upon words, operating from the website ‘filmsong’, you signify your acceptance with this policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully ahead of purchasing and joining class. 

Privacy, safety and trust 
Inside of this online space and its associated learning programme, we are committed to respecting all participants' privacy, including our own. Safety and trust are a priority, and as such, the programme’s recordings, associated material and emails sent as part of the programme is intended exclusively for participants on the course and cannot be shared.

Payment Information + Refunds 
Refund requests are granted up to 7 days ahead of the course start date. We cannot offer refunds beyond this time. This is because we plan and design the course around participant sales. We pay ourselves, guest speakers and associated course costs from the sale of places on the learning programme. 

When you choose a payment plan, it commits you to paying for the full course amount in installments. 

Cancellations 
We reserve the right to cancel, or alter the course if for any reason this is necessary. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made.
